"Chip has been our family's automobile and homeowner's insurance agent for over 30 years. Without fail every claim we have ever had to file he has handled with efficiency and competence 100% of the time. I never have ever had to contact him more than once or worry at all about things being handled correctly. He is always there and always comes through for me. His communication skills are excellent across the board explaining the sometimes complicated policies clearly to the client. The most important fact is he cares. Chip is an excellent agent."
